The leather like our skin needs to be taken care of and may have slight variations.
This adds to the character of the shoe and is chosen specifically for this purpose. This is not a basis for return.
Each skin used to make our shoes is hand picked and cut from locally sourced and manufactured leather.

You love your leather shoes, and you want to keep them beautiful and shiny for years to come. To keep your shoes looking their best, clean them regularly, particularly in harsh weather or terrain. Condition them every month or so to moisturize the leather, and then polish them for that lovely sheen.

Klipspringer ZA charges a standard fee of R99.00 for all deliveries.
Orders are delivered to main cities within 1-4 working days, whilst orders from outlying areas are delivered within 3-5 days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on Weekends or where a Public Holiday interferes will take longer to be delivered.
Delivery times are calculated from when your order is dispatched and not when your order is placed.
Your order will be delivered via courier.

Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange your Klipspringer purchase we would be happy to assist within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Provided the product has not been worn/used in any way. Exchanges may carry a handling fee (payable by the customer).
